Help a Fellow Farmer & Rancher with COVID-19

The Four Corners Farmers and Ranchers Coalition put together this survey for local producers to ultimately connect each other with contact information should you become seriously ill to the point you could not work. If you are a farmer or rancher who believes they need help with production now or in the future or can help a fellow farmer or rancher with their production, please fill out this survey.
We will be collecting a database to match needs in your area. If you have any questions regarding the survey, please contact Erin Kuhlman at 719-505-4197 or Hana Fullmer at 970-319-1099.
